To whom it may concern, I am going thru a very difficult time financially. I have custody of three of my nieces. When my wife and I were going through the process if getting the girls, we were told by CPS we would get financial aid for them. We only received a one time payment of 1,000 for all three. And now we have a lot of problems financially, we can not care for them. How can we go about getting help, or how can we go about returning them to their parents legally? If you can please call me or advise me as to what I should or can do. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
It’s different in every state. I can’t offer any legal advice. Send me an email and let me know which state you are in and let’s see what we can figure out.
I am not an attorney so I can’t really offer any legal advice. Each state seems to have different “rules”. I can, however, connect you with a group of kinship caregivers who may have ideas, based on the state you are in. If interested, send me an email to amyr@raisingkin.com.
Hope to hear from you. Thanks for visiting the website.

I am not an attorney and the laws and benefits for every state are different. What state are you in?
